I was at a friend's apartment for a Galentine's Day brunch and ended up chatting with a woman I'll call Rebecca. Rebecca was there with her boyfriend, who I'll call Ben.
She was all doe-eyed and long-limbed and had a slight lilt to her voice that made it clear she didn't grow up in the United States. Throughout the afternoon, they exhibited some PDA that convinced me they're head over heels in love, even though I know that's not always what PDA translates into. As long as it doesn't go overboard (no ass-grabbing in public, I beg you), then I don't see anything wrong with stealing a kiss or holding hands.
